Appalling doctor, rude, unempathetic, he wouldn't listen to serious symptoms described, talked over my daughter and fobbed us off. Do not use this practice!

Possibly the worst practise I have EVER been to. I had the unfortunate need to visit this practice on multiple occasions for a health condition. After struggling to get an appointment in the first place I was told to see a triage nurse who defacto prescribed antibiotics for an issue that was never going to need Antibiotics, then I subsequently fought to get a real doctor's appointment but was instead given a phone call with a doctor who was egotistical, lacked empathy and completely disregarded what I was saying. Finally, I managed to get an appointment with a doctor in person just to be told that I was experiencing mental health issues that was the last straw. I then sought private health care, where they carried out the correct tests to diagnose a condition that I subsequently required treatment for. Thanks to the proper care I received through private healthcare, I am now fine (so much for mental health being the root cause). This practice is an absolute hazard for anyone living in the Marlborough area and the unfortunate thing is that the only other medical practice you can go to is Pewsey which is owned by the same company (look at the poor reviews that practice also has). I have no idea how an affluent area like this can have such a poor medical practice. I advise anyone living in the Marlborough area to sign up for private healthcare in the event you ever need it. This practice is a danger if you are in the unfortunate need of requiring proper care and attention. If anyone from the medical review process is reading this, you need to inspect this company as soon as you can.
