Awesome! I have had a mixture of 'western physiotherapy' and Chinese techniques, which Raquel blends seamlessly. The Chinese cupping has released tension in my back that nothing else has got close to!! Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say that the therapy I received from you last year in 2018 was outstanding and the result so much appreciated. The diagnosis of a trapped nerve in my hip from gardening, the therapy you competently provided to relieve the symptoms plus the follow up exercise regime you advised was, I'm so happy to say, 100% successful. I am a young(ish) and a very active guy who has suffered from 2 years of severe back pain. I was on prescription pain killers for sleep and I had to seen countless physios / chiropractors, osteopaths etc. Finally, I met Raquel from Elemental Practices. She really listened, and took her time to correctly diagnose the cause of my back pain. Then she set about using a combination of physio, massage and deep acupuncture. Her technique is amazing knowledge is vast. In my book she is a miracle worker and she has fixed me where no-one else could. If you suffer from back pain, I cannot recommend Elemental Practices enough.
