        After a particularly stressful few months of unemployment, and an emotionally draining day I visited the shop to purchase some vitamins to help boost my mood. Suddenly my emotions got the best of me and tears rolled. The ladies were fantastic! I was offered a cup of tea, a hug and some time to gather myself upstairs on their new healing mat. I left the shop feeling a lot more hopeful than when i walked in. A huge thank you ladies, I can't thank you enough!

        What a wonderful space with friendly experienced therapists and reception. A brilliant acupuncture treatment with Stephen Brooke to relieve muscle spasm in the neck and to support my lungs after a chest infection. Thank you
