Have just had the loveliest shopping experience. Unfortunately couldn't afford the pricier garments, but was treated equally nicely when i said as much. Care was taken with correct fitting and finding something in budget. Such a lovely shop.

I purposely travelled to Marlborough to visit this GEM lingerie shop and was not disappointed. I have had very negative experiences trying to find bra's, so was a little apprehensive. I was greeted warmly and ushered into a dressing cubicle with a heater for my comfort. I was asked to remove upper clothing keeping bra on. The lady serving me looked at my current bra and off she went. This is the exciting part! the first bra fitted beautifully, the positive experience kept momentum with more styles, colours and price ranges to try. After trying about 10 different styles I left with 2 stunning bra's. I will be revisiting.

DO NOT BUY FROM J. SADNER. she takes her after sales service to heights not known to ordinary women! blatantly lies about any attempts to rectify faults and even gets her suppliers to write fictitious letters without them even having seen the bra. take this as a minus star. i was sad to see your response. i contacted the manufacturer who admitted that not only had you told them what to write but that you had not even sent the bra to them! they sent a brand new bra to me directly. i have the letter if you wish to see it! p.s. i wrote my review after reading a review which basically reiterated my experience: Joanne Walsh 40 reviews15 photos 3 years ago Brought a Felina bra for 60 and after wearing it a few times the wire came out. I returned it to be told I had tumbled dried it so it was my fault. I do not even own a a tumble dryer. But the lady was very rude. They sent it back to the manufacturer and I was told they would be in touch. I went in a number of times to find out what was happerning after 3 months of not hearing from them. I finally emailed to say either return the bra or refund me the money. Low and behold it was sent back from the Malborough shop within 2 days of the email. So not the manufacturer. Marks and Spencer bras I brought at the same time are still going strong with no faults and only cost 22.

Recently moved into the area and was looking for a lingerie shop that would know what they were doing. Called up these lovely ladies who were friendly, professional and had a can do attitude. You know you have a good fitter when they don't even ask what size your wearing! I was fitted perfectly into the first bra first time and from therenon I was asked about styles, use and colours. I was presented with at least 6 different bras that all fitted like a glove in a range of prices and from a range of brands. I like high rise shorts to match my bras and these were not an issue either. I am a larger cup and generally there isn't much choice to try and buy but I had to rein myself in at Mystique otherwise I would have had them all lol. If you want 2 bras for 30 and can wear anything then stick to M&S I most certainly will be returning to Mystique.
