I went in on a busy Saturday and the ladies there couldnt have been more helpful! They worked with me, explained all of the options and services (free in store delivery, automatically added the item to a basket for me online to reserve the stock, made me aware of the current promotion). Ultimately, I wanted to give them my business and Im confident that (with their product knowledge and advise) Ive made a good choice for my wifes present! Thanks to the ladies that helped the clueless guy with the structured, wide leg trousers!!! Sorry I didnt catch your names. This is what retail needs Would definitely recommend.
