My mother and I have just got back from a holiday to Morocco organised by Elaines Travel. Neither my mother or I had travelled for a good 18 months so felt very out of practice. With all the extra paperwork needed for flying coupled with the unpredictable nature of travel at the moment having Elaine do all the minutiae of checking in, booking hotels, listing the things to do for Covid, organising taxis, reserving hotels and parking etc etc was extremely reassuring. The holiday itself was fantastic - a week of sun and much needed change of scene - which miraculously was unaffected by the flight ban which happened in the middle of our trip. We did as we were told and relaxed while Elaine worked away, behind the scenes, to ensure we were unfussed by logistics. Thanks to her cool head and industry knowledge we flew back as originally planned - same time, same day, same flight. I cannot recommend Elaine and her brilliant travel business enough. A very safe pair of hands.
