Very poor customer service from two young looking girls in the store. They were talking about me in their own language which was very rude and unprofessional. As a result, the atmosphere inside the store felt cold and unpleasant. It is clear they require retail training to obtain basic customer service skills. Customer service representatives should go above and beyond in their roles to ensure customers leave the store feeling happy. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me. In the past, other staff at this store have been decent which made me want to return. The standards of this store have dropped significantly over the years and I will not be returning.

i Request from all customer please do not buy form this shop it has very bad customer service when you buy clothes from this shop, if you do not like it they will not reffund your mony back

It's one stop destination for stylish and affordable womens clothing on the high street. Staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Thank you for great experience and looking forward to buy more things in future. Highly recommended
