Customer service is non existent. As a retailer I wanted to renew my account. I gave up after contacting them countless times. No one could answer my query and despite promising never got back to me.

I paid 20 Extra for shipping that was supposed to take 9-11 days! It took 1 month to reach Swedish borders and then I received a letter from the Swedish postal office that health aid didnt give enough information about the package and because of that the product is not allowed in Sweden and it has been returned to the sender! A week later When I contacted them to get my money back they lied and said that Royal Mail has been trying to deliver it and no one was home!
