We had the most amazing experience with the service we received from Aquaflo whilst purchasing for all our bathroom fixtures/fittings and furniture, as well as various other items including a new boiler, tiles and led lighting. Vin was very patient with us, and has excellent product knowledge and created great designs for us which we are very happy with. We would definitely recommend Aquaflo to family and friends.

Went to get something and lady working behind the counter, her customer service was so dry. I felt that she wasnt interested in greetings or even remotely speaking to customet. They must have lot of good business so they think they dont require offer any customer service.

I brought three bathroom/shower room suites from Aquaflo. Great personal service during buying and delivery phase and great personal after care customer service. I have a cosmetic quality issue with toilet pans, 11 month after purchase. The team at Aquaflo are investigating and sorting out best solution. It wasn't a difficult or challenging conversation. Just a honest chat about what we are experiencing. The team listened to us and we shared pictures. I highly recommend Aquaflo.
