        We Confirmed a viewing for the following day drove an hour to get to property called up estate agent to say we have arrived and said it hasnt been confirmed and said it would not being going ahead he was very rude on the phone and hung up we tried to call back but he didnt pick up, I would strongly avoid this agency not professional in the slightest. Aylesbury branch.

        Stay clear of this agent, forgets appointments even when aware that you will be taking a long drive to be there early in the morning and arranging child care. Rude customer service, awful to deal with.
