        I recently purchased a vehicle here for just under 30k, it was advertised as being 'like new' and then found that it was not. I had it assessed and it is now clear that the car was in a serious accident and has had replacement parts added and other works carried out. I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions and have requested the refund I am entitled to. The owners have ignored emails and are less than helpful on the phone, they are ignoring the issue. I have now been told by the owners that they do not issue refunds and that they do not have the money that I paid them anymore. This is the most unprofessional trader I have ever dealt with and would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.
