Does forex genix charges for Account Top up fees? company not processing my withdrawal after made payment for Account Top up. on 27 March i deposited $500 to this company's wallet for investment and the money was received instantly after few sec and it was confirmed by company support and customer support. But now they have not receive the money for account top up charges of $400 which i had transfer yesterday. As I did the same process of transfer as i did earlier. And i have confirmed the payment was delivered to the company wallet address and i have sent payment proof to company. But they are saying my deposit not received yet. How come this possible??The company is telling me lies they have not receive the payment till now. I have already placed my withdrawal order after i sent the top up charges but they did not process my withdrawal till now. I had already sent screenshot of payment proof to the company but still saying not receive. So this company is a fraud company and be aware every such fraudster. I think my money had gone forvever. They duped many innocent people like me around the world.
