Had an issue, whilstbin Leicester, and called Mukesh up, he gave me his business peronal number, asked me to send a video, and gave me a pre-emptive diagnosis. AA then came and looked at my car, and gave the same diagnosis, and advised me to take it to my garage. 2 days later, I managed to secure a last minute recovery, so I Called him and asked him & asked of he could take my car for repair. He said yes to the job on the same day, and by that very evening, he had it repaired - keeping in mind, it was a hefty job of replacing the starter motor.
