        My first time having a meditation session by a professional as I have done it myself off YouTube for 5 years. The rooms have a lovely warm welcoming feel and I felt very relaxed all the way through. My overall feeling afterwards was the experience felt right. I am suffering from anxiety at the moment and the session helped me go into town with out a care in the world. Excellent.
