        Great club, started at the same time as both my sons, having not done Karate for nearly 20 years the Sensei is very encouraging not only to my 2 boys but to me also. Just finished the 6 week introductory course but were not stopping there. Highly recommended.

        Nick Adamou is, and has been, an outstanding Shotokan karate exponent and instructor for many years. His attention to technical detail is a huge contrast to many karate clubs & instructors where focusing on more flamboyant (and unrealistic) techniques is prioritized over learning sound and effective form. The style Nick Adamou teaches is traditional Shotokan karate.
