The Civic Medical Centre

My personal experience with The Civic Medical Centre has been extremely positive. The gentleman at the reception is tremendously helpful every time I am in trouble with my health. I am extremely grateful to Dr Doshi and Dr Patel for taking care and making breakthroughs with my health complications, which were never been detected or understood for decades. My doctors have conducted thorough bloods, MRI, scans and other tests to investigate the root causes of my health conditions. I can honestly say that my doctors have saved my life and have made a massive progress. When doctors are approached in the right and having respect for their knowledge as well as collaborating with them, only then can miracles happen.

Bad experience. They keep cancelling my prescriptions without telling me and make it difficult to reorder them.

I announce that I am pregnant they send me to hospital and the receptionist from hospital she putt me to fill a form that already I have done it online before coming to hospital. I call again and they said to call again to the hospital and if no one answer to call back. I call back and no one answer again. I have 3 weeks that I announce that I am pregnant and no one see me. Usually in the first weeks of pregnancy I supposed to take some treatment like vitamins or something else, or to see if the pregnancy have risk. I hate what I am going thru
