I can not rate BedSalts.co.uk highly enough, if there were 10 stars I would give it! The website was great easy to navigate and clear and simple, and Reg was on hand to answer my questions. Im thrilled as I was going to have to dispose of an Ikea sofa bed to replace it with the same design, but thanks to Reg and the team I was able to repair the consumable parts and its better than the original- stronger, firmer and more durable. What can I say, absolutely fantastic. Service 100% nothing was too much trouble helped and advised so that i chose the right product for my needs. Product quality again 100% craftsmanship superb. Excellent products and service. After placing my order online I was contacted by Reg, who talked me through the options I had and suggested an alternative based on my situation. The bed slats were then manufactured very quickly and then dispatched on next day delivery, arriving as scheduled and without any issues. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and the product was of superb quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ive just fitted my new bed slats and I couldnt be happier - my new mattress and my back will be thanking this company for years to come. First of all the service is brilliant. I had very helpful advice when I phoned which helped me to select the right product and ensure I had made the correct customisations before ordering. Second, the product is extremely high quality and makes me seriously question the slats my bed originally came with. Third, the fact these are bespoke slats which ship next working day with a delivery system that keeps me updated throughout is to be commended. They dont skimp on the courier either despite the free delivery! Well done.

I am just writing to say the customer service I have received from this Company was exemplary and the products are well put together. I stay in the Highlands and it always takes time to navigate through the various couriers needed, the production manager kept me fully informed as to what was happening and if any issues arising.
