I have ordered some bulbs- obviously havent planted them yet but they seem ok. DO NOT ask for gift wrapping. I put it on my order for a delivery and received it today with no gift wrap. At check out you can add a message that comes as a cheap little card with the message typed on a piece of paper glued onto the inside of a card attached with staples to your invoice. I can imagine what the gift wrap would have looked like in the Hessian bag. The gift wrap is almost 6.00. Dont bother. Just use a plain paper bag with a ribbon. Customer service offered a refund, an apology and the excuse that someone forgot to do it. Too many G&Ts at Perch Hill?

Received a tiny plug with one poorly leaf. Not really value for money and huge waste of packaging so not environmentally sound

I have ordered a number of times from Sarah Raven. I have always been pleased with the quality of the plants. You pay a bit more but it is worth the little extra. All the plants come with clear planting and care instructions. The plants and seedlings are well-rooted. I find her website very inspirational for planting ideas. I love containers and the SR planting combination deff has the wow factor. The only downside is very tempting to order lots. Also, her gardens are great and you can have the best victoria sponge ever.

We have so far been ready to accept the rather high prices charged, but the quality of what we have received has declined over time. A recent (rather large) order arrived with slugs already in the pots. Customer service is very poor, often no replies to emails, and calls are repeatedly not being picked up during customer service opening times. Our latest experience with a three digit order where a reduction code failed to apply, was to be told that this cannot be rectified, and we are now having to pay full price for what was advertised as a 25% reduction, and what we would otherwise not have bought. Absolutely appalled at how we are treated as long-standing repeat customers, and looking to order from Crocus, Roots, Abel&Cole in future - also really impressed with Norfolk Herbs, too.

I cannot recommend Sarah Ravens's plants highly enough. I have been very impressed and irder several types if flower plants. All my plants arrived well oackage and on time and the plants were carefully packed for their journey. My plants are doing very well. Finally, I really enjoy the indispensable information Sarah provides for the plant care. Thank you.
