        Have been told my bin was not emptied as it was not on the edge of my property . Yet the green bin which was next to brown was emptied . I am not ALLOWED to challenge that they are in the wrong . Disgusting service and yet they have no problem taking 70 per annum from me

        Basically my mum came out of rehabilitation three weeks ago, and a district nurse did not contact my dad or come and see my mum she is still waiting for a hospital bed and now has a bed sore and I am having to buy online all incontinence items she needs as it is impossible to get on the nhs,plus my dad has to pay for physiotherapist as there is none available on the nhs

        horrendous, this council, is rubbish, no phone numbers for relevant departments, no one answers emails, what DO THEY DO!1 my garden waste not collected for one month but I have paid for the year.

        Absolute joke, fifteen minutes to answer the phone to then direct you to a voicemail service that is full so you cant leave a message, then cuts you off.
