        I have bought my newly built flat in April and have not yet used my undefloor heating so I didnt know there is something wrong with it. It is snowing now and I have been contacting the aftercare which takes care of the issues within the flat for a year as part of their warranty. It is snowing now and I cant heat up my flat due to the malfunctioning pump which needs relacing!!
