        Sophie is very easy to get on with and super knowledgeable. Since I've been seeing her I've felt a lot better in areas that bothered me for years. Highly recommended if you have aches and pains you can't get to the bottom of!

        Thoroughly comprehensive initial assessment. Completely understood everything that was explained to me about the cause of my my problem. (Shoulder and back pain.) Felt much better after first treatment and am happy to continue with exercises given to me to do at home. Today I am pretty much pain free for the first time in nearly six months! What a relief! I thoroughly recommend!

        Absolutely brilliant! Cannot recommend Richard Smith highly enough.I started going to him in 2001 because I was was in agony every time I rode a horse, or pretty much did anything. I used to have to ride with my stirrups four holes longer on one side because I was so crooked. After three sessions, I could ride evenly again! And pain free too. He has helped me so much over the years and has really worked wonders. Very nice guy, really easy to relax around and have faith in.
