Folk at The Palm House

Folk co-living in harrow is the perfect set up for someone moving to London. It was one less thing to stress about navigating the renting market while settling into a new city after moving abroad. I started off with a 6 month contact and extended to a year. I have found some lovely friends in this house and as a result moving out with one of my neighbours. The staff here is are top class. Special mention of Dan, Keely, Emile, Agnus, Zee, Hamang, Callum and Judy baby who have all really be wonderful! Thank you. If you looking for an easy rent option, with everything under one roof and more, well planned events to help integrate and socialise this is a really great option. I am so happy I decided to stay at Folk for my first year in London.

Its been a wonderful start to our new home here at the Palm House. The whole team but especially Emil have been really helpful in making the move in process so smooth and they are always on hand to help if needed. We love how modern and clean the whole building is and would definitely recommend!

It's great value for what you get - interesting events, gym, cinema, well-designed studio, and so on. I work from home 5 days a week so the co-working space has been an absolute blessing too.

When I came back to London, I was stressed not finding an apartment. I saw this building completely by chance walking by, Im so glad I stopped to have a look! A classy and well equipped building, great facilities. A sense of community from meeting neighbours at weekly events organised by the team here. Emil was especially amazing helping me with my move. And honestly the whole staff is amazing, friendly, and always quick to help. So far Ive been enjoying my stay! Thank you to the Team at Folk House.
