Stephen Brooke

I can't rate Stephen highly enough. Kind, professional and he'll help to rebalance you where it is needed most. The results after several sessions last year were much more than I expected. A very, very positive experience indeed. Sad to no longer live in the area for my top up sessions!

I first went to see Stephen over a year ago with some apprehension...I hate needles...like I go green and feel very sick at the merest thought. But my health had deteriorated to the point of my despair. I had been diagnosed with fibromyalgia which brought a myriad of physical difficulties. I had left no stone unturned attempting to combat this debilitation illness. That is, no stone other than acupuncture. Stephen came well recommended; he would have to to get anywhere near me with the intent of sticking needles in! My fears were unfounded. Upon greeting me he immediately exuded an energy and warmth together with a certain self assuredness that put me at ease. And the rest is history. As I do not have a good understanding of Chinese medicine I cannot begin to delineate cause and effect. What I do know is that where Western medicine, perfect nutrition and a dedication to my own health has failed me, Stephen has succeeded. I now have mobility, energy, substantially less pain, less fluid retention and more sleep. Consequently I have a happier disposition and am still married! Really, Stephen has pretty much transformed my very existence. I have switched allegiance from my very good chiropractor to Stephen and his acupuncture, and will continue to go at regular intervals even though there is nothing to 'fix'. I cannot compare Stephen to any other Acupuncturist and will not be able to do so until he gives up his practice. If you are at a loss as to what to do for your own struggles be they physical OR mental, you should give Stephen Brooke a try. I am quite confident you will not regret it.
