I have been with Jacqui and Keith at GHLD now since 2010. I have always found the team to be friendly and efficient. Both Jacqui and Keith are always available at short notice to discuss queries over the phone or in person if desired. They both adopt a relax and reassuring approach to handling my accounts. We have used GHLD as our main accountants for about 8 years and have been delighted with their service. Keith Smith has consistently given us sound advice and takes all the hard work out of running our limited company as well as our personal affairs. He subtly nags at just the right level to make us get our act sorted without being overbearing - just what we need! He also works seamlessly with our specialist agricultural accountant. I always feel his advice is maximising our tax efficiency without taking on anything that may make HMRC interested in us! If you are looking for an accountancy firm I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
