Just So Physio. Physiotherapy in Markyate

I started seeing Nicola in December 2015 when I injured my knee at work. I was put in a brace for 6 weeks for a ACL injury and lost all mobility in my leg, after seeing Nicola every week and being given exercises to do at home I was back walking off crutches quicker than we thought. I recently reinjured my knee this year in July and went to see Nicola and she knew exactly what to do straight away and knew what I should and should not do and helped me slowly build my strength up in my leg again. I started seeing Nicola after suffering a shoulder injury which left me in severe pain and without any mobility in my left arm. Through physio and acupuncture she has vastly improved both and is always so happy and professional. She puts me completely at ease and I can highly recommend her

I started seeing Nicola 12 years ago when i prolapsed a disc in my lower back. She is the best physio i have seen to understand the pain in my back which is why i have continued to see her since. She understands my back and knows how to resolve any issues. My daughter is an experienced gymnast and she also sees Nicola whenever she has any injuries. Again Nicola's knowledge is first class and always resolves the injuries successfully.
