I started seeing Nicola 12 years ago when i prolapsed a disc in my lower back. She is the best physio i have seen to understand the pain in my back which is why i have continued to see her since. She understands my back and knows how to resolve any issues. My daughter is an experienced gymnast and she also sees Nicola whenever she has any injuries. Again Nicola's knowledge is first class and always resolves the injuries successfully.

I started seeing Nicola in December 2015 when I injured my knee at work. I was put in a brace for 6 weeks for a ACL injury and lost all mobility in my leg, after seeing Nicola every week and being given exercises to do at home I was back walking off crutches quicker than we thought. I recently reinjured my knee this year in July and went to see Nicola and she knew exactly what to do straight away and knew what I should and should not do and helped me slowly build my strength up in my leg again. Great Physio.
