        My GP recommended Sports Massage as part of my treatment for a recurring back problem. Hayley was professional and friendly and identified the same areas of weakness that an Osteopath had, three years earlier. Hayley solved my problem with one session and within a few hours, my back spasms had stopped completely and I have not had any problems since. I can highly recommend Hayley and should I need further treatment, I will book an appointment with Hayley straight away. B Wilson

        I went to Optimise Sports Massage for a knee injury sustained while running. Hayley treated it efficiently and effectively, I am now back running and training pain free! She looks at the whole person not just the injury sight, and found that my trainers had been causing the problem. She recommended me to someone to get a new pair of shoes. Without her knowledge and expertise I would never have realised.
