Was great to have the repair done so quickly and my hot water back! I was also able to ask Adam's advice on my bathroom tap water flow and he was happy to provide it. He was polite, professional, and always had a very prompt response to my messages. He was even happy to let me pick his brains and help me to understand our hot water/heating system.
