The doctor are never the same. I wanted to told him about something related with a problem that I was talking and he said not ask for another appointment. They only give appointments at 8 each morning. The other time another doctor told me about my allergy that in this country a lot of people have allergy pills every day. They dont care about you!

Have had good experiences visiting the GP, booking appointments has been easy with good receptionists and a good phone system, good for getting prescriptions and vaccinations. No real issues.

Am not registered at this gp but was contacted via phone from a gp at this surgery I have been chronically ill for over 6 weeks and was met with complete dismissal by the gp I spoke to. He did not let me speak very much lecturing me on antibiotics when I did not ask for them, claimed a young woman shouldnt be unhealthy and that it wouldnt be good to send a young woman for a chest X-ray (which I also didnt ask for) which came across disgusting and highly misogynistic-it is not about being a young woman I am in need of help because I am suffering. He went on to say I have no risk factors and I dont smoke, which is funny he said that as I have been since I was 18, and said how my chronic coughing and illness isnt serious but also it could be due to a list of infections but he had no intention of actually helping me just talking a load of rubbish basically and gave me no answers, advice or resolutions. Its left me feeling disappointed and hopeless. Someone like that shouldnt have a job which requires helping people if they dont actually want to help people.

If i could.give 0 stars i would. Staff are rude downright nasty and very unhelpful. My child was bullied out of her job here by certain members of staff. I think the place should be shut down.
