Edited to add in April 2023: Laila, who was assigned my spouse's ILR case, has just gotten us through the process, even though we had had a horrendous house move, which meant that Laila literally had to submit the application less than a week before the deadline. Laila and Arona helped us above the call of duty and certainly way above the very modest fees, as the move had left us with very little time to do the tasks required. Absolutely first class! Delighted with Arona St James, who worked hard to get my wife to me here in the UK. Excellent service and attention to detail for the LGBT community.

Just successfully completed a Marriage Visitor visa. It's a very challenging, arduous and complex process. Trying to interpret what is required is difficult. I made a few mistakes and omissions. I'm sure I would not have been able to do this without Laila's direction,support and overview of the entire process. It was very helpful that she was avaliable to answer my telephone calls and make immediate replies to my email questions. I'm very happy with the service provided. So I shall continue with Arona St.James and engage Laila with the next stage of the process.
