Extremely difficult to be seen,have to book appointments online which is impossible,and wait for a call back from a overwhelmed doctor,this used to be a good surgery,new system not working,they need to change back to bookings by phone,nhs in crises

Very bad I called 2 hours early before my blood test app to tell them Im Unavailable to make it today they told me to call back at 2:30 called back the women on the phone says we arent even part of the blood test company but we are in the same building. When I dont turn up theyll probably just say I missed the appointment lol

I mean youl be better off going on google and searching home made remedies,unless your in a state close to terminal illness its not looking like youl get seen to prevent this happening,i think the problem is higher than the practice i believe this is cuts in the nhs as i have been coming here for 16 years and never had a problem i am seeing staff working in these places simply would be great bouncers at night clubs there people skills are terrible ,bottom line goverment makes cuts theyl get the feedback they diserve ,cant book a appointment via phone ,try go online its impossible to book,youl get a call back from a exausted old docter who sounds like hes taking medication himself from stress and if you miss the call while in the bath please refer back to good old home made remedies ,you must sit by the phone for 48 hours waiting for a call ,NHS IS IN CRISES

Rude incompetent staff telling you you have no appointment. Even though you booked it weeks ago. Then to say the last time was somewhere else even though last 2 times I came here. Rude dirty place
