        Staff are welcoming and interactive. Equipment are inadequate and the centre appears to be at the bottom of Betters pile! Enjoy the fitness classes however request for additional boxing classes have not come to fruition

        The staffs were very rude to us. They yelled at us and asked us to pay extra money to enter the court. However, this policy is not shown anywhere on the website or the leisure centre itself.

        I think Paulines Fit Beat and Zumba classes are INCREDIBLE! She is a master of movement. Pauline encourages you to push yourself but ensures you are safely moving the joints, this makes you want to exercise and has helped me lose 5kg. In general Paulines classes are very positive, fun and also teaches you how to dance!!! I love the hip hop, jazz, indian and contemporary styles incorporated into Zumba. Excellent execution and creativley taught everytime.

        The gymnastics programme here is amazing. It is the best in Waltham Forest, even Beating feel good centre. They have a foam put and bars which is so fun to use!
