visited yest evening..we were 3 families all together at same table and ordered at the same time but the food came15 mins apart..not ideal!!and 1 order was missed!very annoying!!!There were not enough forks knives and plates.!!! And the Manager was not even apologetic! Glad my brother wasn't there as he had previously had a bad experience!!

The most unprofessional, rude and arrogant management for a supposedly family restaurant. Seemed to have made many mistakes with orders and when asked they became aggressive in front of other diners. Embarrassing and lack customer service experience. We will be making sure not to recommend this restaurant to family and friends of Walthamforest. Unfortunately there wasn't a minus rating available. The previous reviewers seem to have the same narrative about this management. Fix up and don't embarrass yourself

Came here yesterday for iftar. Service was 10/10 and the food didnt take long to come. was able to pray in a small area with prayer mats provided. thanks!!
