I just called to make an enquiry and they were so rude. I spoke with someone named Simi(made sure I got their name), and she sounded like she just didn't have the time or day for anybody. She asked. 'What do you want' in such an aggressive manner, souldn't even say goodbye in the end. If you don't like the job(knowing you will be working with people), why are you there?

I have been with 3 other GPs before St James Medical Practice. I used to think my GP is not helping until I came and experience this GP. I feel like breaking my phone when I call them for help. They dont like to be bothered. They will direct you to their website and expect you to treat yourself with answering stupid questions. Worse GPs Ive ever seen in my life. 1 star is even a lot.

When you call they tell you one thing, then another. Completely useless. Impossible to talk to someone. If you are dying you might as well just drop dead in their door because they are NOT going to see you. I wonder how are they still open. To the person on the phone: you DONT know what youre doing.

Dr Lucy Piggin is 1 of the best doctor I had so much heath issues but she has been there to give me moral support I will recommande her to anyone
