        Over the last couple of years I've had to call into this Yard for Work Purposes. It was a real Vulger and untidy place and never improved in all the times I called in. Recently visited again for the fist time in about nine months and found it to be as disgusting as ever. The Toilets in the Welfare Block are an absolute disgrace and I do wonder why nothing has been done to improve them. No doubt this Council fines Fly Tippers and others that leave rubbish on the Streets. Well is sure does seem very hypocritical that they can't even do something to improve the cleanliness of their own facilities. The state of one of the Cubicle Toilets was to repulsive to mention on here and to disgusting a site to even consider uploading an image of on here. Waltham Forest Council I think you're disgusting hypocrites.
