Clean Refresh Apartments & House

First clean went well, and the cleaner was nice and professional. The online booking system however booked me in for a reoccurring clean every 3 days and wouldn't let me cancel. I called Clean Refresh to try and figure it out, and was assured that they understood and booked me in for 2 weeks. They called me back a few days later, and we reconfirmed the second appointment again. Today was the day the were supposed to arrive, and nothing. Called them 15 mins in to my appointment and was told they would call me back. 4 hours later, and 3 unanswered phone calls later, still nothing. If you want a cleaner to show up at a pre-determined time do not use this cleaner. Service: Standard cleaning

We literally had our bathroom newly renovated. Dust in so many places, walls floor, we made it very clear that we would need a DEEP CLEANING which is why we paid 200. 200 POUNDS. We were told 2 or more would come and do the job which made sense because one person wouldnt be able to do it. 1 middle aged lady came to clean instead. Instead of 2 or more which we were told Took an hour only, to clean the bathroom itself, 2 hallways, bedroom, living room and kitchen. - meaning it was barely clean as again it was newly renovated and there was debree everywhere. Walked barefoot downstairs where theres wood an hour after and realised my feet were which with dust underneath. Wasn't a standard cleaning let alone a DEEP debree clean. Never reccomending. Hard earned money gone down the drain. Service: Deep clean
