I would highly recommend Easystep Stairlifts. We are delighted with the stairlift. It enables my elderly mother to get up and down stairs easily. The fitting of the stairlift in her home was smooth, mess free and efficient. And all my contact with the company has been excellent. Every time I have needed to contact them they have been helpful and very pleasant to talk to. If you need a stairlift then Easysteps will sort you out!

My mother has rented a stairlift for the past 8 years and only 3 times had to call an engineer out and they've come the same day each time to fix it which considering she lives in SE Kent is amazing - excellent customer service, very rare these days and so important as she cannot get up and down stairs without the chair - thank you for being brilliant!!

100% brilliant experience. Our initial enquiry was dealt with very efficiently. The man who came to survey was very knowledgable and explained our options. The fitter arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently and did a brilliant neat job. All in all we got a stairlift fitted on our rather tricky staircase with 2 turns in less than a week at a very good price. We opted to buy a reconditioned model but it looks brand new to us.

Excellent service. Three days after contacting Easystep our stairlift was fitted. There were contact calls & emails between ourselves and Sally, a service visit to confirm lift positioning and an engineer who fitted the lift in an hour without leaving any mess. There wasnt any sales pressure, we got exactly what we asked for at a competitive price. Easystep couldnt have been more professional, friendly & efficient and we would highly recommend them to anyone needing a stairlift with exemplar service.
