I have had an appointment this morning with Dentist Rachel and nurse Amy, their care and patience with me was outstanding, I have a real fear of the dentist so knowing I needed a small filling and a clean was a big deal for me. Thank you both so so much, the stress ball helped massively too

Well. I was there for emergency. My situation was hard as I had infection and anesthesia doesn't work for me I had horse dose twice and second timed I wasn't agree for it as I have heart problems. After some time from injection doctor started pull tooth out. Horrible pain I went we need to wait 10mins or something and doctor said she have no time... Can you believe? They do on a chord or just I was bad because I payed only 24?! Don't know but I i felt everything. Finally they helped me that's why not 1* but I was feeling like item fixed and kicked out

very good , quick and efficient :)) i had a deep cavity filling and i went back recently because it caused some discomfort , the dentist redid the filling and it hasn ' t caused me pain since !! i was also told about the risks and the procedures that might be needed ^^ i never experienced any stress while having the fillings done , the process was explained in detail and i was advised to eat soft foods for a few weeks . couldn ' t be happier :)

I have always found the Genix team to be polite, helpful and efficient. Always receive a text and phone call to remind me of my appointment which I really appreciate. Just had to have two fillings and can honestly say I didnt feel a thing. If Carlsberg did dentists.
