        Not the best, struggle to get appointments and end up at a&e instead. When you do manage to book appointments weeks ahead they leave it until 1715 hours the evening before to alter it and move it by 2 hours via a text message

        I was only the 2nd person waiting. The phlebotomist who took my blood was excellent, painless and quick, I blinked and it was job done! Very helpful staff throughout.

        My post concerns the website which only gives a number for prescriptions, this works well. However I cannot get to the appointments receptionist or find an alternative number. There are often posters in the surgery about missed appointments, but when you are unable to cancel in good time this is hardly surprising!
