Didn't think Isuzu was there anymore??? Was having a look at the range rovers as I waited to watch watch fireworks from the race course great display... fireworks weren't bad either...

Despite not having rung for appointment I had good attention from a salesperson and useful information, so was happy with this fleeting visit.

Very disappointing experience. Bought a used 2017 Volkswagen Polo, within a few weeks the "inspection due" light came on, although the car had apparently been fully serviced & MOT'd before sale. Then the 'check Coolant' light came on. The central control unit stopped working along with the touchscreen and Apple Play. Contacted the warranty company they use and were told "oh yeah, doesn't include the multimedia unit" Doesn't it? Well that's not what was sold to me, it says any mechanical or electrical fault. Emailed the salesman who sold the car - no response. So, I called and was told he was no longer with the company (could somebody perhaps be forwarded his emails?). Advised that I would be called back asap by a named person (that I won't mention here). Heard nothing for 3-4 days. Called again and got him, was told they could reset the inspection light but I'd have to bring in (we live about a hundred miles away). And to get coolant checked - "could be a leak". And to speak to the warranty people again as it depends what it is. The words 'sorry for your inconvenience' never left his mouth. Now just dealing with a load of hassle which we don't need after buying a car that was not cheap at over 10k. Very disappointing.
