        We called in at the Advocate Arms for tea after competing in a motorsport event, we were tired and scruffy but the staff welcome was warm and friendly. We all had the braised beef which was nothing short of Michelin quality, and the chocolate and caramel cheesecake was divine, so hats off to the chef and kitchen team, a bowl of chicken was also brought out for our dog, who was allowed inside with us, such an act of kindness you dont normally get. Overall I cannot recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be calling in again.
