The Gift Horse

Wanted to get a card for my Grandson who'd broken his arm - refused admission as I did not have a mask. I do not carry one now - most shops who have that requirement will provide a mask. The shopkeeper was very abrupt. Last time I go there!!

The worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of. Lady in the shop I wouldnt pay with sweets let alone minimum wage the way you speak to customers is disgraceful and with staff like that I am amazed you can afford your electricity. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I normally love this shop when Im visiting Market Rasen but unfortunately not today. When we entered I was asked if I had a mask and I said no and I was about to say I have a heart condition which means I cant, I didnt even get a chance. I was abruptly told to leave the store and its not her fault as the owners said so. I will not be returning. Customer service at its worst

I visited this shop today to purchase Christmas cards to give a local shop my business. The shop was empty but as I started to browse, the female assistant asked if I had a mask. I said no . She said a mask was required as they have vulnerable customers, so could I leave There were no other customers in the shop!! I promptly left and spent my money at the Blind Giraffe gift shop where the service was of a high standard.
