        Rude staff. Can't see children for appointments for 1.5 years. This BUPA are neglecting the local town.

        The dentists always cancel your appointment not occasionally but regularly. As an nhs patient you do not get a choice of which nhs dentist you see. I would leave if I could find another dentist to take me on but its not that easy
