Staff at this dental surgery are kind, courteous and professional. I am an extremely nervous patient and initial ground work done was completed under sedation. All options are discussed in detail. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Dreadful Experience. Having been butchered by various so called dentists in the past 15 years, it was recommended I try this place as apparently Sam was a excellent professional. When booking they seemed very courteous, understood my concerns, calming my fears, so I pre-paid 100 for an appointment. Arrived early, the receptionist seriously lacked any professional courtesy and I was uncomfortable from the go, a form was then emailed to me so I could fill out, (why was this not done sooner as it had been booked for three weeks), and that then proceeded not to work, I waited 30mins over my appointment time in a dreadful waiting area, whilst hearing the commotion of a patient undergoing the labours of drilling etc as they left the door open. Great if you suffer from dental anxiety. That was it I could suffer no more, asked the receptionist if anything worked? , as suspected a gormless reply of " I dunno". Time to go! at least my refund was processed quick enough. Was not impressed at all, thanks for making me an even more nervous wreck.

Just had my final fitting for my Implants and I cannot thank Sam and his fantastic Dental Nurse for everything they did my implants look fantastic Thank you so much Dave Fenwick
