Delivery is slow, but if you don't mind waiting up to a couple of weeks, its definitely worth a try. The website works well and the bulk prices are by far the best I can find online.

Ordered on 22nd of April, no confirmation email of order, paid next day delivery, after a few days no sign,emailed them to be told they where waiting on parcel force, 30th April still no sign, emailed no reply, emailed again on 6th May, which they replied, saying refund was bring processed as parcel force had lost my package. 12th May no refund yet, emailed them on 12th and 14th, no reply till the 17th, where they said sorry about refund not processed yet and would ask refund department to process it that day. Still no sign of refund on 26th May sent another email still no reply. It's now 28th of May still no reply and No Refund!! Joke avoid at all costs!!

Made a purchase in good faith on 11 August 2020 with next day delivery The fixings arrived today 7 September , I had to subsequently buy other fixings to complete my work. Rang on 7 September to inform the company that the screws had just arrived and they were no longer needed, so I requested a refund. At no time was i informed that the fixings were out of stock when i placed the order or after they took my payment freely. (I was told they were out of stock during the phone call) I was told I would not be possible to be refunded until the fixings were received back which made me feel that I was untrustworthy?? lets see where this goes...I'm going to take action about the refund. A very one-sided approach to customer service to the point that the lady didn't want to speak on the phone.
