Would give a zero! NO WATER GIVEN TO PATIENTS! a fundamental right and necessity. Lady I spoke to said I abused her - the care home abuses everyone there in a far worse way. Disgraceful place - get a grip on what abuse is....

Went for an interview, staff were rude the Manager didn't even acknowledge me, introduce herself etc. Bad vibes as soon as I went in awful interview by the "Unit Manager" didn't even ask me for my lateral flow result. VERY UNORGANISED

This care home is a DISGRACE, should be shut down, the care workers are understaffed, no time whatsoever to care for the elderly, I witnessed several times my father in severe pain and he was ignored, he was made to feel like he was a problem because he needed help, if you need full time care this is not a place to be, you will not be showered, my dad had only 2 showers in 7 months, there was always excuses, we have no water, we are too busy. A utter disgrace, if you wear pads you will not be changed, one lady fell out of bed in the night and was there for 7 hours before she was discovered, the few remaining staff are overworked and do work hard, 7 staff left in the last 7 months even the manager has left, one nurse in particular is rude and arrogant, never has a smile and runs it like a prison, Its a horrid place, takes the money but doesnt spend on staff, now its making more rooms to make more money and overworked staff will have even more to do. Everyday my dad was there I was so unhappy seeing him suffering there, now he has moved to another care home where hes getting the care he needs, and the staff are happy and caring
