A definite FIVE STAR SERVICE!. My husband phoned Ben who lives close to us in the village explaining that we had a problem with our smoking woodburning stove. Ben arrived early and promptly the following morning and quickly identified the problem removing large thick black lumps of consolidated creosote caused by burning unseasoned damp logs. We were fortunate not to have had a chimney fire!! Ben gave excellent advice on lighting and controlling our stove , what type of logs to burn and the products we should use in order to keep the flue from deteriorating. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Ben and will ensure that we use his professional and friendly services again in the future.
