Optimum you yoga & wellness

I cannot recommend visiting this lovely yoga studio enough. It is run by a wonderful couple who are so warm and welcoming and create the best atmosphere. All of the teachers are so positive and approachable and the space is clean and has great energy. I attended the yoga super club most recently and it was such a wonderful evening with fun and relaxing yoga followed by an amazing evening of food. Was so enjoyable and professional. Highly recommend attending with a friend for a lovely evening or go alone to meet a variety of interesting and kind people.

Optimum you yoga is a wonderful space of wellbeing. I have had several sessions with various teachers, all excellent not only in skill but also all have lovely auras. My class today was taught by Tilly and it was exceptional! I left feeling relaxed and strengthened and felt all my tension slip away. Thanks guys and Im so glad that Ive found you!!

An amazing studio with so many styles of yoga on offer. Such friendly and helpful teachers that have helped me to progress and build my knowledge and ability. The teachers are well qualified and experienced which means a safe and explorative class every time. I have been attending classes for over 2 years now and looking forward to many many more years of yoga.
