    Ordered an item and it never arrived. I got a response via email saying that theyll send a new one and that never arrived either. Waste of time and money. Disappointing business and bad customer service.

    Ordered two products over two weeks in advance for an event, i received only one item. Phoned to inform them of the missing item, no apology but confirmed he would get the missing item in the post straight away and would reach me before my event date. Clearly never did so, still no item even to this day! Following another phone call, confirmed on the phone he would process a refund immediately , never happened. Several days later, i had to open a dispute via paypal to get my money back. Not one apology given on the numerous phone calls. Appaling customer service!!!

    Edited: My order was not complete. I contacted the sales team, received an apology, and was told the item would be put in the post immediately, that was on 14th January 2021. I had still not received it on 1st February so I contacted them again, asking if there was a problem. The owner, Oliver Merry, confirmed my address and re-sent the item. I am very grateful. It shows a real touch of personal service.
