        Having managed to snap the blade of my (only!) van key 24 hours before leaving on a trip, I was very grateful to receive such excellent, friendly and efficient service from Andy at the Market Harborough store in sorting a replacement. Additionally, Josh, the following week, programmed me a spare and was extremely helpful. Thanks again, it made what could have been a stressful time much easier!
