I cannot recommend GP Psychology and Gemma enough. I was struggling with complex trauma from PTSD and after approaching Gemma for therapy suggestions she advised she thought EMDR therapy might be beneficial. I was honest with her and told her I was skeptical but would keep an open mind as I was in desperate need of help. Well, it did help. 1000 times over. At times the process was difficult but the end result is so worth it. It's impressive that something non-evasive like EMDR can have such staggering and quick results. Thank you Gemma, you have absolutely helped my mental health and quality of life.
